27Studio has been involved in more than 40 projects, providing all standard architectural services in accordance to SACAP guidelines.
We have extensive experience in feasibility study, concept design, design development, local authority submission documentation, construction and tender documentation, on site architectural services. All our buildings are efficient and cost effective by design and in line with the GBCSA ( Green building Council of South Af-rica) and in accordance to the Passive House philosophy.

We provide master, urban design, landscape design and project planning services to our clients, as well as construction project management both locally and internationally.

Throughout the years 27studio has surrounded itself with a team of extremely skilled and dedicated professionals and craftsman in the land build, environmental and energy sector. Teamwork is key to a successful green project and as a team we consult and advise our clients on all aspects of green building solutions.
