The new house aesthetic was guided by the estate guidelines. The house was conceptualised in such way to create an internal private courtyard protected form the seasonal summer winds and sun. A cooling tower element was introduce in order to maximise natural ventilation and eliminate A/C requirement. The green initiative has achieved 80 % reduction on the daily average Kw/h consumption.
